  I remember the Rusk.Tx. Brookshires! You people should be arrested for robbery! You propose steak on sale @ $4.99 a pound. I get rib eyes & T bones in houston @ Kroger for $3.79 a pound! Your blue bell is 2$ higher than wal mart. I will not get a prescription filled with ya. It's 3 times higher than anywhere! What? You think people won't drive to another city? Your more like an over priced convenience store. I didn't buy anything in your store. And I never will. I'm burning that stupid card! I guess you prey on people who don't know better!! I hope I sit in judgement when them brothers show up. Greedy thiefs!!!!

  If I could give them 0 stars, I would. I placed an online order for a birthday cake 2 weeks in advance to give them plenty of time to make it. When I arrived today (06-13-17) to pick up the cake, it wasn't even made. This cake was supposed to be a surprise birthday cake for my husband today. Manager wasn't available to talk to and employees couldn't give me a refund for the order. Baskin Robbins really dropped the ball on this. My kids were expecting cake and to surprise their daddy, but now, I have to break the bad news to them. Very disappointed. Employees gave excuses for the reason why the baker didn't do their job. This is inexcusable, ESPECIALLY when I gave them PLENTY of time to make the order. So, thank you for ruining this special occasion.

  I asked them to make a cake for my wife's graduation party at work. They came through with flying colors. They were actually able to print a copy of her diploma on the cake and it looked fantastic!! It also tasted VERY DELICIOUS!! They've come through for me before when I forgot until the last minute that my daughter needed 2 dozen cupcakes a class party... Within 10 minutes they had 24 cupcakes with the icing she wanted complete in a box and I was out the door!! I don't know how they did it but I appreciate it all and I will DEFINITELY continue to use them as my bakery of choice!! The service and people are fantastic!! Thank you so much!!! Matt Fenwick
